Study of $a_0^0(980)$-$f_0(980)$ mixing from $a_0(1450) \to a_0^0(980) f_0(500) \to \pi^+ \pi^- f_0(500)$

TL;DR
This paper investigates the mixing between $a_0^0(980)$ and $f_0(980)$ mesons through specific decay processes, proposing experimental measurements at BESIII to better understand their nature and the mixing intensity.
Contribution
It introduces a method to measure the $a_0^0(980)$-$f_0(980)$ mixing intensity via decay channels involving $a_0^0(1450)$, providing new experimental approaches.
Findings
Branching ratio of order 10^{-6} predicted for certain decays.
Potential to observe narrow mixing peaks in $ ext{pi}^+ ext{pi}^-$ spectrum.
Proposes combining decay channels to measure mixing intensity $\xi_{af}$.
Abstract
The mixing is one of the most potential tools to learn about the nature of and . Using the - mixing intensity measured recently at BESIII, we calculate the the branching ratio of the the isospin violation decay . The value of the branching ratio is found to be , which can be observed with events collected at BESIII. The narrow peak from the - mixing in the mass square spectrum can also be observed. In addition, we study the non-resonant decay , which is dominated by the…
