TL;DR
This paper outlines key scientific questions about the Jupiter system, especially Europa, that can be addressed by the Europa Clipper mission, emphasizing the importance of expanding scientific scope post-launch.
Contribution
It proposes adding Jupiter System Science to the Europa Clipper mission after launch without increasing development costs.
Findings
Identification of critical science questions for Jupiter system exploration.
Advocacy for expanding Europa Clipper's scientific scope post-launch.
Potential for enhanced scientific return without additional development costs.
Abstract
This whitepaper identifies important science questions that can be answered through exploration of the Jupiter System, with emphasis on the questions that can be addressed by the Europa Clipper Mission. We advocate for adding Jupiter System Science to the mission after launch when expanding the scientific scope will not affect the development cost.
