Andrej Arbuzov, Serge Bondarenko, Lidia Kalinovskaya

TL;DR
This paper analyzes asymmetries in electron-positron annihilation into fermion pairs, incorporating complete 1-loop electroweak corrections across a wide energy spectrum, to understand their dependence on fundamental electroweak parameters.
Contribution
It provides a comprehensive calculation of asymmetries including radiative corrections, relevant for current and future collider experiments.
Findings
Asymmetries are sensitive to electroweak mixing angle.
Complete 1-loop corrections significantly impact asymmetry predictions.
Results applicable to Z boson peak and higher energies.
Abstract
Processes of electron-positron annihilation into a pair of fermions were considered. Forward-backward and left-right asymmetries were studied, taking into account polarization of initial and final particles. Complete 1-loop electroweak radiative corrections were included. A wide energy range including the boson peak and higher energies relevant for future colliders was covered. Sensitivity of observable asymmetries to the electroweak mixing angle and fermion weak coupling was discussed.
