Examples of Multiplicities and Mixed Multiplicities of Filtrations
Steven Dale Cutkosky

TL;DR
This paper constructs examples demonstrating irrational behaviors in multiplicities and mixed multiplicities of divisorial filtrations, utilizing anti-positive intersection products to illustrate these phenomena.
Contribution
It provides the first known examples of irrational multiplicities in divisorial filtrations, advancing understanding of their complex behaviors.
Findings
Examples of irrational multiplicities are constructed.
Anti-positive intersection products are used to demonstrate irrational behavior.
The work highlights complexities in the theory of divisorial filtrations.
Abstract
In this paper we construct examples of irrational behavior of multiplicities and mixed multiplicities of divisorial filtrations. The construction makes essential use of anti-positive intersection products.
