On a Transmission Problem Related to Models of Electrocardiology
Yulia L. Shefer (Institute of Mathematics, Siberian Federal, University)

TL;DR
This paper generalizes transmission problems for elliptic matrix operators in cardiology models, establishing conditions under which scalar operator methods remain applicable to more complex systems.
Contribution
It extends existing scalar elliptic operator methods to matrix operators in cardiology models, providing new theoretical conditions.
Findings
Identified sufficient conditions for the validity of scalar approaches in matrix cases
Generalized transmission problem framework for elliptic operators in cardiology
Established theoretical foundation for future applied research
Abstract
We a generalization of transmission problems for elliptic matrix operators related to the mathematical models of cardiology. We indicate sufficient conditions providing that the approach elaborated for scalar elliptic operators is still valid in this much more general situation.
