$\phi$-Thue-Morse sequences and infinite products
Shuo Li

TL;DR
This paper introduces a new method to evaluate infinite products involving the Thue-Morse sequence, expressing them in terms of cosine functions, and provides explicit examples with rational functions.
Contribution
It presents a novel approach to compute infinite products defined by automatic sequences, specifically involving the Thue-Morse sequence, and derives explicit formulas linking these products to cosine values.
Findings
Infinite products involving Thue-Morse sequence can be expressed as cosine functions.
Explicit constructions of rational functions for these products are provided.
The method generalizes to various parameters q and r, yielding infinitely many solutions.
Abstract
In this article we introduce a new approach to compute infinite products defined by automatic sequences involving the Thue-Morse sequence. As examples, for any positive integers and such that , we find infinitely many couples of rational functions and such that where is the Thue-Morse sequence beginning with .
