Abstract
The purpose of this work is to offer a methodology that allows to construct a standard in Knowledge Management and Technological Innovation which may be used in various organizations in M\'exico to improve the operation of their resources and productivity. Based on the review of the existing literature, a model is offered including several elements to enable organizations to establish their position in relation to both concepts. The following proposal is based on a systematic effort to understand and integrate models of Knowledge Management and Innovation published in recent years as well as the results of the experiences to propose standards of Knowledge Management and Technological Innovation.
