Jacek Szybowski, Konrad Ku{\l}akowski, Anna Prusak

TL;DR
This paper introduces two novel inconsistency measures for incomplete pairwise comparison matrices and compares their effectiveness with existing indices through Monte Carlo simulations.
Contribution
The paper presents new inconsistency indicators specifically designed for incomplete matrices and provides a comparative analysis with existing measures.
Findings
New inconsistency indices demonstrated effectiveness in simulations
Comparative analysis shows advantages over traditional measures
Examples illustrate calculation and application of the new indices
Abstract
We introduce two new inconsistency measures for the incomplete pairwise comparisons matrices and show several examples of their calculation. We also carry out a comparative analysis of the new inconsistency indices with the existing ones based on the Monte Carlo simulation.
