Physics with charmonia at the SPD experiment
Igor Denisenko

TL;DR
This paper reviews the current experimental and theoretical understanding of charmonia, especially J/psi production, and discusses the SPD experiment's capabilities to measure these phenomena, contributing to hadron structure studies.
Contribution
It provides a comprehensive review of J/psi and charmonia production and assesses the SPD experiment's potential for key measurements in this area.
Findings
Current experimental status of J/psi production summarized
Modern theoretical approaches to charmonia discussed
SPD experiment's feasibility for key measurements evaluated
Abstract
The production is a powerful probe of hadron structure, which is complementary to other parts of the SPD physics program. In this work, the current experimental status and modern theoretical approaches to and charmonia production are reviewed. In this context, the SPD performance and feasibility of key measurements are discussed.
