Yoshio Koide, Hiroyuki Nishiura

TL;DR
This paper proposes a neutrino mass matrix model with only three parameters that successfully predicts neutrino masses, mixings, and CP violation, inspired by a quark mass matrix model with family symmetry.
Contribution
It introduces a minimal three-parameter phenomenological neutrino mass matrix model inspired by quark family symmetry, capable of predicting key neutrino properties.
Findings
Reasonable predictions for neutrino masses
Accurate neutrino mixing angles
Predicted CP violating phases
Abstract
Stimulated by a successful quark mass matrix model based on U(3)U(3) family symmetry, a phenomenological neutrino mass matrix for the Majorana neutrinos is proposed. The model has only three adjustable parameters. Nevertheless, the model gives reasonable predictions for the neutrino masses, mixings, and CP violating phases in the neutrino mixing matrix.
