Annual and Diurnal Modulations of the Angular Distribution of the 3-D WIMP Velocity Observed at an Underground Laboratory
Chung-Lin Shan

TL;DR
This paper presents Monte Carlo simulation results on how the angular distribution of 3D WIMP velocities varies annually and daily at underground labs, aiding dark matter detection efforts.
Contribution
It provides new simulation data on diurnal and annual modulations of WIMP velocities across different underground laboratories.
Findings
Identification of distinct annual modulation patterns.
Detection of diurnal modulation signals.
Variation in WIMP velocity distribution across labs.
Abstract
In this article, I present our (Monte Carlo) simulation results of the angular distribution of the 3-dimensional WIMP velocity, in particular, a possible "annual" modulation and the diurnal modulation proposed in literature, for different underground laboratories.
