TL;DR
This paper introduces a 2D azimuthal space framework to effectively summarize two-particle reaction plane azimuthal correlations in mid-central Au + Au collisions at 200 GeV, providing a new analytical approach.
Contribution
The paper presents a novel 2D azimuthal space method to encapsulate complex azimuthal correlations in heavy-ion collision data.
Findings
Effective summarization of azimuthal correlations
Simplified analysis of collision events
Potential for improved data interpretation
Abstract
In this paper we will show that one can summarize the major two particle reaction plane azimuthal correlations for Au + Au mid-central collisions at 200 GeV by defining a 2D azimuthal space which is a summary of the event by event average.
