TL;DR
This paper investigates the decay rates of $_{1}$ into pseudoscalar mesons and vector-vector molecular resonances, using a hidden gauge approach to match experimental ratios and predict new decay ratios for future tests.
Contribution
It introduces a model where $_{1}$ decays are described via vector-vector molecular states, providing a novel explanation for decay ratios and predictions for unmeasured ratios.
Findings
Successfully describes the experimental ratio of decay rates.
Predicts six new decay ratios for future experimental verification.
Supports the molecular nature of certain vector-vector resonances.
Abstract
We evaluate ratios of the decay rates to () and one of the , , , , resonances, which in the local hidden gauge approach are dynamically generated from the vector-vector interaction. With the simple assumption that the is a singlet of SU(3), and the input from the study of these resonances as vector-vector molecular states, we describe the experimental ratio and make predictions for six more ratios that can be tested in future experiments.
