TL;DR
This paper presents a straightforward construction of de Sitter vacua in type IIA string theory using an STU model, incorporating U-duality and an uplifting anti-D6-brane within a four-dimensional supergravity framework.
Contribution
It introduces a KKLT-like de Sitter construction in type IIA string theory with a novel uplift mechanism via an anti-D6-brane in an STU model.
Findings
Successful realization of de Sitter vacua in type IIA string theory.
Integration of anti-D6-brane uplift within a supergravity model.
Guidance from string theory U-duality enhances the construction.
Abstract
A simple, KKLT-like construction of de Sitter vacua in type IIA string theory is presented in an STU model with guidance from string theory U-duality and with an uplifting anti-D6-brane. In four dimensions the model is reduced to supergravity with three chiral multiplets, namely , and , as well as one nilpotent multiplet representing the anti-D6-brane.
