A brief TOGAF description using SEMAT Essence Kernel
David C. M\'unera, Fern\'an A. Villa G

TL;DR
This paper investigates integrating the enterprise architecture framework TOGAF with the SEMAT Essence kernel to assess compatibility and reveal potential weaknesses in both models.
Contribution
It presents a novel approach to describe TOGAF using the SEMAT Essence kernel, exploring their compatibility and potential insights.
Findings
Assessment of TOGAF and Essence compatibility
Identification of strengths and weaknesses in both models
Proposed integrated description framework
Abstract
This work aims to explore the possibility of describing the enterprise architecture framework TOGAF using the Essence kernel SEMAT, see if they fit together, and if such marriage brings into lights any weaknesses of the models.
