Test fields cannot destroy extremal de Sitter black holes
Jose Natario, Rodrigo Vicente

TL;DR
This paper proves that test fields cannot destroy extremal Kerr-Newman-de Sitter black holes by identifying the correct energy definition in such spacetimes.
Contribution
It determines the proper timelike Killing vector for energy in Kerr-Newman-de Sitter spacetime and uses it to show extremal black holes cannot be destroyed by test fields.
Findings
Test fields cannot destroy extremal Kerr-Newman-de Sitter black holes
Proper energy definition is crucial for analyzing black hole stability
The proof applies to extremal black holes in de Sitter space
Abstract
We determine the timelike Killing vector field that gives the correct definition of energy for test fields propagating in a Kerr-Newman-de Sitter spacetime, and use this result to prove that test fields cannot destroy extremal Kerr-Newman-de Sitter black holes.
