Moduli Spaces of Pentagonal Subdivision Tilings
Jinjin Liang, Erxiao Wang, Min Yan

TL;DR
This paper explores the classification of sphere tilings by congruent pentagons, focusing on three families of pentagonal subdivisions, each forming a two-dimensional moduli space, with detailed descriptions provided.
Contribution
It introduces and characterizes three distinct families of pentagonal subdivision tilings on the sphere, detailing their moduli spaces.
Findings
Three families of pentagonal tilings are identified.
Each family has a two-dimensional moduli space.
Detailed descriptions of the moduli are provided.
Abstract
Pentagonal subdivision gives three families of edge-to-edge tilings of the sphere by congruent pentagons. Each family forms a two dimensional moduli. We describe the moduli in detail.
