## TL;DR

This paper models the internal spacetime of a black hole transitioning into a white hole, incorporating quantum effects and Hawking radiation back-reaction to understand the process.

## Contribution

It introduces a new effective spacetime geometry inside a black hole that accounts for quantum transition and Hawking radiation back-reaction.

## Key findings

- Proposes a specific form of the black-to-white hole spacetime
- Analyzes the impact of Hawking radiation back-reaction
- Provides insights into black hole evaporation and transition processes

## Abstract

We construct and discuss the form of the (effective) spacetime geometry inside a black hole undergoing a quantum transition to a white hole, taking into account the back-reaction of the component of the Hawking radiation falling into the hole.
