## TL;DR

This paper introduces a theoretical model explaining endogenous fluctuations in the wave function's norm, aligning with quantum theory, and elucidates their role in decoherence and wave function collapse.

## Contribution

It presents a novel model of internal quantum fluctuations that accounts for decoherence and collapse dynamics within standard quantum theory.

## Key findings

- Fluctuations are a subsystem of endogenous quantum fluctuations.
- The model describes a decoherence channel.
- It provides insights into the wave function collapse process.

## Abstract

A theoretical model of endogenous fluctuations of the norm of the wave function, consistent with the standard quantum theory, is presented. These fluctuations are a subsystem of endogenous quantum fluctuations and describe one of the decoherence channels and the dynamics of the collapse of the quantum state.
