TL;DR
This paper investigates the constrained dynamics of a tachyon scalar field with a DBI action in FRWL spacetime, introducing an auxiliary field to develop a new set of regularity-satisfying constraints.
Contribution
It presents an extended system with an auxiliary field and constructs a new set of constraints for tachyon dynamics in cosmology.
Findings
New equivalent constraints satisfying regularity conditions
Extended system with auxiliary field in minisuperspace
Framework for analyzing tachyon fields in cosmology
Abstract
In this paper we continue study of tachyon scalar field described by a Dirac-Born-Infeld (DBI) type action with constraints in the cosmological context. The proposed extension of the system introducing an auxiliary field in the minisuperspace framework is discussed. A new equivalent set of constraints is constructed, satisfying the usual regularity conditions.
