## TL;DR

This paper explores how weakly electric fish communicate electro-physiologically, focusing on jamming avoidance and presenting a real-time tracking algorithm to understand their electro-communication mechanisms.

## Contribution

It introduces a novel real-time tracking algorithm to study jamming avoidance in electro-communication of weakly electric fish.

## Key findings

- Demonstrates effective jamming avoidance strategies
- Provides a real-time tracking method for electro-communication
- Enhances understanding of electro-sensing in fish

## Abstract

This paper addresses the problem of the electro-communication for weakly electric fish. In particular we aim at sheding light on how the fish circumvent the jamming issue for both electro-communication and active electro-sensing. A real-time tracking algorithm is presented.
