## TL;DR

This paper estimates the shape of the QCD pseudocritical line in the temperature-chemical potential plane using low-energy effective theory, finding no critical endpoint for physical quark masses.

## Contribution

It provides a chiral estimate of the QCD pseudocritical line and suggests the absence of a critical endpoint at physical quark masses.

## Key findings

- No critical endpoint is found for physical quark masses.
- The pseudocritical line shape is estimated within a chiral effective theory.
- The low crossover temperature supports a low-energy effective description.

## Abstract

Relatively low crossover temperature suggests that chiral symmetry restoration in QCD may well be described within the low-energy effective theory. The shape of the pseudocritical line in the T-mu plane is estimated within this assumption. No critical endpoint is found for physical values of quark masses.
