## TL;DR

AptaBlocks Online provides a user-friendly web platform for designing oligonucleotide sticky bridges, facilitating faster development of nucleic acid-based therapeutics through an experimentally validated algorithm.

## Contribution

This work introduces a web-based interface for AptaBlocks, making in-silico RNA complex design accessible and platform-independent for the research community.

## Key findings

- Web interface enhances accessibility and usability.
- Accelerates design process for oligonucleotide therapeutics.
- Validated algorithm ensures reliable design outcomes.

## Abstract

Summary: The AptaBlocks Web Interface is focused on providing graphical, intuitive, and platform independent access to AptaBlocks, an experimentally validated algorithmic approach for the in-silico design of oligonucleotide sticky bridges. The availability of AptaBlocks online to the nucleic acid research community at large makes this software a highly effective tool for accelerating the design and development of novel oligonucleotide based drugs and other biotechnologies.
