Guozhen Lu, Jill Pipher, Lu Zhang

TL;DR
This paper establishes $L^r$ estimates for bi-parameter trilinear Fourier multipliers with flag singularities and their associated pseudo-differential operators, extending classical results to more complex multi-parameter, multi-linear settings.
Contribution
It introduces new $L^r$ bounds for bi-parameter flag Fourier multipliers and pseudo-differential operators with symbols in product form, not covered by classical theories.
Findings
Proves $L^r$ estimates for special multiplier forms
Extends $L^r$ bounds to bi-parameter pseudo-differential operators
Shows these operators do not satisfy classical multiplier conditions
Abstract
The main purpose of this paper is to study H\"older type estimates for a bi-parameter trilinear Fourier multiplier with flag singularity, and the analogous pseudo-differential operator, when the symbols are in a certain product form. More precisely, for , the bi-parameter trilinear flag Fourier multiplier operators we consider are defined by when are two bi-parameter symbols. We will show that our problem can be reduced to establish the estimate for the special multiplier (see Theorem 1.7). We also study these estimates for the corresponding bi-parameter trilinear pseudo-differential operators…
