arXiv: 1812.07272 · 2018-12-19

## TL;DR

This paper introduces the concept of heavily separable functors, a stronger version of separable functors, and explores their properties through examples related to tensor algebra.

## Contribution

It defines and investigates heavily separable functors, extending the theory of separability in functor categories with new stronger conditions.

## Key findings

- Heavily separable functors are a strict strengthening of separable functors.
- The paper applies the concept to functors connected to tensor algebra.
- Examples demonstrate the differences and potential advantages of the new notion.

## Abstract

Prompted by an example related to the tensor algebra, we introduce and investigate a stronger version of the notion of separable functor that we call heavily separable. We test this notion on several functors traditionally connected to the study of separability.
