TL;DR
This paper calculates the strong coupling constants for vertices involving $ o$ baryons and mesons using QCD sum rules, extending previous work to include $D^*$ and $B^*$ mesons and considering various condensate contributions.
Contribution
It provides new calculations of strong coupling constants for $ o$ vertices involving $D^*$ and $B^*$ mesons using three-point QCD sum rules, including condensate effects.
Findings
Determined the strong coupling constants for $ o$ vertices $oldsymbol{ ext{Σ}_c ND^*}$ and $oldsymbol{ ext{Σ}_b NB^*}$.
Calculated form factors considering perturbative and condensate contributions.
Fitted form factors to analytical functions to extract coupling constants.
Abstract
The strong coupling constant is an important parameter which can help us to understand the strong decay behaviors of baryons. In our previous work, we have analyzed strong vertices , , , in QCD sum rules. Following these work, we further analyze the strong vertices and using the three-point QCD sum rules under Dirac structures and . In this work, we first calculate strong form factors considering contributions of the perturbative part and the condensate terms , and . Then, these form factors are used to fit into analytical functions. According to these functions, we finally determine the values of the strong…
