TL;DR
This paper calculates the transition form factors and decay widths of radiative decays of heavy tensor mesons using light cone QCD sum rules, suggesting these decays could be observed in future LHCb experiments.
Contribution
It provides the first calculation of transition form factors and decay widths for these radiative decays within the light cone QCD sum rules framework.
Findings
Transition form factors at Q^2=0 are obtained.
Decay widths are estimated based on form factors.
Results indicate potential measurability at LHCb.
Abstract
The transition form factors of the radiative decays of the heavy tensor mesons to heavy pseudoscalar and heavy vector mesons are calculated in the framework of the light cone QCD sum rules method at the point . Using the obtained values of the transition form factors at the point the corresponding decay widths are estimated. The results show that the radiative decays of the heavy--light tensor mesons can be measurable in the future planned experiments at LHCb.
