Comment on energy dependence of the slope parameter
S.M. Troshin, N.E. Tyurin

TL;DR
This paper analyzes how the slope parameter in elastic proton scattering varies with energy, demonstrating that unitarity in geometrical models aligns with experimental data, including recent LHC results.
Contribution
It shows that unitarity naturally induces energy dependence of the slope parameter in geometrical models, consistent with experimental observations.
Findings
Unitarity explains energy dependence of the slope parameter.
Geometrical models align with recent LHC data.
Theoretical consistency with experimental results.
Abstract
We discuss energy dependence of the slope parameter in elastic proton scattering. It is shown that unitarity generates energy dependence of the slope parameter in geometrical models consistent with the experimental results including recent LHC data.
