Indium Tin Oxide/Barium Strontium Titanate THz Sensor Antenna
Sai Dittakavi, Ibrahim Abdel-Motaleb

TL;DR
This paper presents the design and analysis of ITO/BST and Au/BST bow-tie antennas for terahertz sensing, demonstrating multiple resonant modes and potential integration with optoelectronic devices.
Contribution
It introduces novel ITO/BST and Au/BST bow-tie antenna designs optimized for terahertz applications, analyzed via finite element methods.
Findings
Antennas exhibit multiple resonant modes.
ITO antennas enable integration with optoelectronic devices.
Designs show promising performance for THz sensing.
Abstract
A Bow-Tie ITO/BST and Au/BST antennas were designed and analyzed using the finite element, Multiphysics COMSOL program. The study shows that the outputs peak at several modes and ITO antennas allow for the integration of the antenna with optoelectronic devices.
