Padé approximation provides a useful tool for symmetry energy modeling
Results have implications for astrophysical phenomena
Enhanced understanding of asymmetric nuclear matter
Abstract
Quality of approximations is an important issue in modelling nuclear matter. It is shown that the Pad{\' e} approximation provides a useful tool for describing the symmetry energy in highly asymmetric systems. The focus is on the symmetry energy constraints. Some implications of the obtained results for astrophysics are also discussed.
