Resonant state $D_0^\ast(2400)$ in the quasi-two-body $B$ meson decays
Wen-Fei Wang

TL;DR
This paper uses perturbative QCD to analyze four B meson decay processes involving the $D_0^*(2400)$ resonance, predicting branching ratios consistent with experimental data and exploring symmetry violations.
Contribution
It provides the first comprehensive PQCD-based predictions for these decay modes, including detailed error analysis and symmetry relation tests.
Findings
Predicted branching ratios agree with Belle, BaBar, and LHCb data.
Identified discrepancies with isospin and SU(3) symmetry expectations.
Analyzed ratios $R_{D^{*0}_0}$ and $R_{D^{*+}_0}$ to study symmetry violations.
Abstract
We study four quasi-two-body decay processes including as the intermediate state in perturbative QCD (PQCD) approach. The branching fraction predicted in this work for the decay mode agree with the data from Belle, BaBar and LHCb Collaborations. The PQCD prediction of the branching ratio for the decay is consistent with the value given by LHCb. For the decays and , the PQCD predicted branch ratios are and , respectively. We analyze…
