On the ascent-descent spectrum
Nassim Athmouni, Mondher Damak, Chiraz Jendoubi

TL;DR
This paper explores the properties and relationships of ascent and descent spectra in bounded linear operators, introduces a new convergence concept, and advances the theory of subspectra.
Contribution
It develops new theoretical insights into ascent-descent spectra, including a novel convergence concept and expanded subspectrum theory.
Findings
Detailed properties of ascent and descent spectra established
New convergence concept for spectra introduced
Enhanced understanding of subspectrum relations
Abstract
We establish the various properties as well as diverse relations of the ascent and descent spectra for bounded linear operators. We specially focus on the theory of subspectrum. Furthermore, we construct a new concept of convergence for such spectra.
