Measurement of the $\gamma^{\star}\gamma^{\star} \to \eta'$ transition form factor
The BaBar collaboration

TL;DR
This paper reports the first measurement of the $ o ext{eta'}$ transition form factor in the double-tag mode over a wide range of momentum transfers, using data from the BaBar experiment.
Contribution
It provides the first measurement of the $ o ext{eta'}$ transition form factor for $Q^2$ between 2 and 60 GeV$^2$, expanding understanding of meson-photon interactions.
Findings
First measurement of the $ o ext{eta'}$ transition form factor in this $Q^2$ range.
Data collected from 469 fb$^{-1}$ at the BaBar detector.
Results contribute to testing QCD predictions for meson structure.
Abstract
We study the process in the double-tag mode and measure for the first time the transition form factor in the momentum-transfer range \mbox{2 60 GeV}. The analysis is based on a data sample corresponding to an integrated luminosity of around 469 fb collected at the PEP-II collider with the BaBar detector at center-of-mass energies near 10.6 GeV.
