Avik Banerjee, Subhajit Ghosh, Tirtha Sankar Ray

TL;DR
This paper introduces an enhanced Abelian scalar clockwork model that produces suppressed vacuum expectation values, enabling the generation of tiny neutrino masses through clockworking a weak scale vev.
Contribution
It presents a novel augmented clockwork model for scalar fields, demonstrating how to generate small neutrino masses via clockworked vevs.
Findings
Successfully generates tiny neutrino masses
Proposes generalizations and 5D UV realizations of the model
Provides a mechanism for geometrically suppressed vevs
Abstract
In this paper we present an augmented version of the Abelian scalar clockwork model to generate geometrically suppressed vacuum expectation values (vev) of the pseudo Nambu-Goldstone bosons, that we call the clockworked vevs. We briefly comment on generalization of the setup and possible 5D UV realizations. We demonstrate how tiny neutrino mass can be generated by clockworking a weak scale vev.
