Spin Averaged Mass Spectrum of Heavy Quarkonium via Asymptotic Iteration Method
Halil Mutuk

TL;DR
This paper applies the Asymptotic Iteration Method to solve the Schrödinger equation with the Song-Lin potential, calculating spin-averaged mass spectra of heavy quarkonium states with results aligning well with experimental data.
Contribution
It introduces the use of AIM for calculating heavy quarkonium spectra with improved accuracy and efficiency over previous methods.
Findings
Spin-averaged energy levels of charmonium and bottomonium were successfully computed.
Results show good agreement with experimental data.
The method provides a reliable approach for heavy quarkonium spectroscopy.
Abstract
In this paper we solved Schr\"odinger equation with Song-Lin potential by using Asymptotic Iteration Method (AIM). We obtained spin-averaged energy levels of charmonium and bottomonium via AIM. Obtained results agree well with available experimental data and other theoretical studies.
