Jaime Mu\~noz-Masqu\'e, Jos\'e Antonio Vallejo

TL;DR
This paper explores the connection between the Laplacian on supermanifolds with odd metrics and harmonic superfunctions, using variational calculus in supersymmetric sigma models.
Contribution
It introduces a novel approach linking Laplacian operators and harmonic superfunctions via supersymmetric sigma models.
Findings
Established a mathematical relationship between Laplacian and harmonic superfunctions.
Applied variational calculus to supersymmetric sigma models.
Provided new insights into supergeometry and supersymmetry.
Abstract
We study the relation between the Laplacian associated to an odd metric on a supermanifold and harmonic superfunctions, through the application of the calculus of variations to a supersymmetric sigma model.
