From Coxeter Higher-Spin Theories to Strings and Tensor Models
M.A. Vasiliev

TL;DR
This paper introduces a new class of higher-spin gauge theories linked to Coxeter groups, exploring their potential connections to string theory and tensor models, and analyzing their holographic and supersymmetric properties.
Contribution
It proposes Coxeter group-based higher-spin models, including multi-particle and string-theoretic extensions, with insights into their holographic dualities and unitarity.
Findings
$B_2$-higher-spin theory potentially related to String Theory.
Models require $N extgreater=4$ SUSY for holographic consistency.
Admits unitary truncations for consistent physical interpretations.
Abstract
A new class of higher-spin gauge theories associated with various Coxeter groups is proposed. The emphasize is on the --models. The cases of and its infinite graded-symmetric product correspond to the usual higher-spin theory and its multi-particle extension, respectively. The multi-particle --higher-spin theory is conjectured to be associated with String Theory. --higher-spin models with are anticipated to be dual to the rank- boundary tensor sigma-models. higher-spin models with possess two coupling constants responsible for higher-spin interactions in background and stringy/tensor effects, respectively. The brane-like idempotent extension of the Coxeter higher-spin theory is proposed allowing to unify in the same model the fields supported by space-times of different dimensions. Consistency of the…
