A Modelers' Opacity Wish List
Regner Trampedach

TL;DR
This paper presents a wish list of missing or inadequate absorption data in astrophysical opacity models to guide future experimental and theoretical research efforts.
Contribution
It compiles a prioritized list of opacity data gaps to motivate improvements in astrophysical modeling.
Findings
Identifies key missing absorption data in current models.
Highlights areas where experimental and theoretical work are needed.
Serves as a resource for guiding future research in astrophysical opacities.
Abstract
At the Workshop on Astrophysical Opacities, several attendees voiced their interest in a list of absorption data that are missing from or inadequate in current models of astrophysical objects. This wish list by modelers is meant as motivation and inspiration for experimentalists and theoreticians alike.
