TL;DR
This paper discusses recent advances in modeling heavy-quark behavior within a hydrodynamically evolving quark-gluon plasma, emphasizing collective flow phenomena and presenting results from a specific computational model at high-energy collisions.
Contribution
It introduces new results on heavy-quark collective flow using the MC@sHQ+EPOS2 model in a hydrodynamic QGP environment.
Findings
Heavy-quarks exhibit collective flow with the medium.
Results obtained at $ ext{sqrt}(s)=5$ TeV.
Model advances improve understanding of QGP dynamics.
Abstract
In this talk we will discuss the recent advances in describing heavy-quark dynamics in the quark-gluon plasma (QGP), which evolves hydrodynamically. Special emphasis is put on the collective flow of the heavy-quarks with the medium constituents, for which we present our latest results obtained within the MC@sHQ+EPOS2 model at ~TeV.
