Texture One Zero Dirac Neutrino Mass Matrix With Vanishing Determinant or Trace Condition
Madan Singh

TL;DR
This paper analyzes specific neutrino mass matrix textures under vanishing determinant or trace conditions, finding that only inverted mass ordering remains viable for certain configurations with current oscillation data.
Contribution
It provides a detailed analysis of texture one zero Dirac neutrino mass matrices with vanishing determinant or trace, identifying viable mass orderings under current experimental constraints.
Findings
Normal mass ordering is ruled out for all textures.
Only two inverted ordering textures are compatible with data.
Numerical and analytical results support these conclusions.
Abstract
In the light of non-zero and relatively large value of rector mixing angle (), we have performed a detailed analysis of texture one zero neutrino mass matrix in the scenario of vanishing determinant/trace conditions , assuming the Dirac nature of neutrinos. In both the scenarios, normal mass ordering is ruled out for all the six possibilities of , however for inverted mass ordering, only two are found to be viable with the current neutrino oscillation data at confidence level. Numerical and some approximate analytical results are presented.
