TL;DR
This paper presents the first absolute measurements of specific decay processes of the Lambda_c+ baryon, providing more precise data than previous relative measurements using the BESIII detector.
Contribution
First absolute measurements of the branching fractions for Lambda_c+ decays to Xi0K+ and Xi(1530)0K+ using the double-tag technique at BESIII.
Findings
Branching fraction for Lambda_c+ to Xi0K+ is (5.90±0.86±0.39)×10^{-3}.
Branching fraction for Lambda_c+ to Xi(1530)0K+ is (5.02±0.99±0.31)×10^{-3}.
Results are more precise than previous relative measurements.
Abstract
We report the first measurements of absolute branching fractions for the -exchange-only processes and with the double-tag technique, by analyzing an collision data sample, that corresponds to an integrated luminosity of 567 pb collected at a center-of-mass energy of 4.6 GeV by the BESIII detector. The branching fractions are measured to be and , where the first uncertainties are statistical and the second systematic. Our results are more precise than the previous relative measurements.
