Comment on "Quantizing strings in de Sitter space"
G. Alencar, M. O. Tahim, R. N. Costa Filho

TL;DR
This paper critiques a previous attempt to quantize strings in de Sitter space, highlighting errors in their solution and emphasizing the need to revisit the problem.
Contribution
It identifies inaccuracies in the prior solution for string quantization in de Sitter space, prompting further investigation.
Findings
The previous solution for string equations of motion in de Sitter space is incorrect.
The problem of string quantization in de Sitter space remains unresolved.
Reassessment of earlier methods is necessary for progress.
Abstract
Trying to quantize the string in a de Sitter spacetime, Miao Li, Wei Song and Yushu Song presents a solution for the string equation of motion (JHEP04(2007)042) that is not correct. This reopens the problem by them addressed.
