TL;DR
This paper reports precise measurements of absolute branching fractions for various two-body hadronic decays of D mesons using BESIII data, improving the accuracy of previous results and confirming consistency with earlier measurements.
Contribution
The study provides the first measurements of several D meson decay branching fractions with improved precision, enhancing the understanding of charm meson decay dynamics.
Findings
Measured branching fractions are consistent with previous results.
Improved precision for several key D meson decay modes.
Results contribute to refining theoretical models of charm decays.
Abstract
Using a data sample of collision data with an integrated luminosity of 2.93 fb taken at the center-of-mass energy ~GeV with the BESIII detector operating at the BEPCII storage rings, we measure the absolute branching fractions of the two-body hadronic decays , , , , , , , , and , , , , , . Our results are consistent with previous measurements within uncertainties. Among them, the branching fractions for , , , , , and , , are determined with improved precision compared to the world average values.
