Peter Marquard, Alexander V. Smirnov, Vladimir A. Smirnov, Matthias, Steinhauser

TL;DR
This paper calculates the four-loop wave function renormalization constants in QCD and QED, providing detailed coefficients and extracting the heavy quark field anomalous dimension, advancing precision in quantum field theory calculations.
Contribution
It presents the first four-loop on-shell wave function renormalization in QCD and applies the results to QED, including numerical coefficients and anomalous dimensions.
Findings
Four-loop wave function renormalization constants computed.
Numerical coefficients for SU(N_c) color factors provided.
Heavy quark field anomalous dimension extracted.
Abstract
We compute the on-shell wave function renormalization constant to four-loop order in QCD and present numerical results for all coefficients of the SU colour factors. We extract the four-loop HQET anomalous dimension of the heavy quark field and also discuss the application of our result to QED.
