N. Kivel, M. Vanderhaeghen

TL;DR
This paper predicts the production rate of a tensor glueball in photon-photon collisions at high momentum transfer, suggesting it can be experimentally observed by Belle II if the tensor gluon coupling is around 100 MeV.
Contribution
It introduces a calculation of the tensor glueball production cross section at high momentum transfer using collinear factorisation, providing predictions for experimental detection.
Findings
Cross section measurable at Belle II for certain gluon coupling values
Tensor glueball production can be studied via $ ightarrow$ $ ext{γγ} ightarrow G_2 ext{π}^0$
Provides theoretical estimates for future experimental searches
Abstract
We study the production of a tensor glueball in the reaction . We compute the cross section at higher momentum transfer using the collinear factorisation approach. We find that for a value of the tensor gluon coupling of ~MeV, the cross section can be measured in the near future by the Belle~II experiment.
