CP violation in $D^0 \rightarrow K_S^0 K_S^0$ decay at Belle
N. Dash

TL;DR
This paper reports a preliminary measurement of CP asymmetry in D0 to K0s K0s decay at Belle, finding no CP violation and significantly improving measurement precision, with future prospects discussed for Belle II.
Contribution
First measurement of CP asymmetry in D0 to K0s K0s decay at Belle, reducing uncertainty by over three times and projecting future precision at Belle II.
Findings
No evidence of CP violation detected.
Measurement uncertainty reduced by a factor of three.
Future sensitivity estimates for Belle II.
Abstract
We report the preliminary measurement of the asymmetry of the decay, which is consistent with no violation and improves the uncertainty with respect to the previous measurement of this quantity by more than a factor of three. Also, the expected precision on asymmetry of the decay by the Belle II experiment is presented.
