Contribution
It introduces a novel hybrid modeling approach for input power prediction in UHP electric furnaces, validated through simulation experiments.
Findings
The model effectively predicts electrical power input.
Simulation results confirm the model's accuracy.
The approach improves control of the melting process.
Abstract
: In this paper a method to make inputting electrical model upon factors that affect melting process of high ultra power(UHP) electric furnace by using fuzzy rule and regression model is suggested and its effectiveness is verified with simulation experiment.
