TL;DR
This paper investigates the spontaneous radiation emitted by nonrelativistic electrons interacting with a standing laser wave, deriving formulas for harmonic frequencies and intensities using a quasiclassical approach.
Contribution
It provides new analytical expressions for harmonic frequencies and intensities in electron-laser interactions, advancing understanding of spontaneous radiation in standing wave fields.
Findings
Derived formulas for harmonic frequencies and intensities
Identified conditions for harmonic generation
Enhanced understanding of electron radiation in standing waves
Abstract
The radiation of harmonics during the interaction of nonrelativistic electrons with a powerful standing laser wave is studied. Expressions for the harmonic frequencies and the corresponding intensities of the spontaneous radiation are obtained with the aid of the quasiclassical approximation.
