Action growth for black holes in modified gravity
Lorenzo Sebastiani, Luciano Vanzo, Sergio Zerbini

TL;DR
This paper computes the action growth rate for a broad class of static black holes in modified gravity theories, including non-constant Ricci curvature cases, and offers a physical interpretation of these results.
Contribution
It generalizes previous results by deriving the action growth for black holes with non-constant Ricci curvature in modified gravity, expanding understanding of holographic complexity.
Findings
Derived the action growth formula for a wide class of static black holes in modified gravity.
Extended previous results to include black holes with non-constant Ricci curvature.
Provided a physical interpretation of the action growth in these contexts.
Abstract
The general form of the action growth for a large class of static black hole solutions in modified gravity which includes -gravity models is computed. The cases of black hole solutions with non vanishing Ricci curvature are also considered, generalizing the results previously found and valid only for constant curvature black holes. An argument is put forward to provide a physical interpretation of the results.
