Estimation of surface tension in nuclei
N.G.Goncharova

TL;DR
This paper estimates nuclear surface tension coefficients for even-even nuclei based on nuclear rigidity and deformation data, revealing their correlation with nuclear shapes.
Contribution
It introduces a method to estimate surface tension coefficients from nuclear rigidity and deformation data, linking them to nuclear shape characteristics.
Findings
Surface tension coefficients correlate with nuclear shapes.
Nuclear rigidity relates to mean squared deformations.
Method provides new insights into nuclear surface properties.
Abstract
Coefficients of surface tension for even-even nuclei were estimated using its dependence of nuclear rigidity. The values of nuclear rigidity were obtained owing to its connection to mean squared deformations. The correlation of estimated surface tension coefficients with data on nuclear shapes was revealed.
